Place the pre-prepared strip of rolled out dough on the machine as shown in the photo.
Tip: Lay the dough strip out without stretching it. Make indentations as shown in the photo.

Place the filling in any way you know.
Tip: We recommend using a culinary syringe.

Place the second strip of dough on top.
Tip: Use dry flour to dust the outside of both strips to prevent the dumplings from sticking to the molds.
Check that everything is ready to move.
Tip: Cut off and discard excess dough.
Start turning the handle or turn on the electric drive if installed.
Tip: Hold the end of the cut dough. You can always remove it later, but this will make it faster and prettier.
